Sabre Taekwon-Do is an ITF Taekwon-Do school devoted to teaching the martial art founded by General Choi Hong Hi. We learn self-defense, discipline, increase fitness levels and develop skills that can be used all throughout life. We also offer female only classes to get as many girls involved not only in sport, but into Taekwon-Do as possible in a safe and supportive environment.
