Welcome to our ladies' taekwondo club, Taekwondo4All — a vibrant community where women and girls come together to train, make friends, and support one another.  Whether you’re new to martial arts or have previous experience, you’ll find a warm, welcoming atmosphere free from ego or judgement!

Each 90-minute class offers a mix of:

- Fun and effective fitness, strength and conditioning exercises

- Pad work to sharpen technique and build power

- Linework to improve form and confidence

- Dynamic stretching for flexibility and recovery

- Traditional patterns and syllabus practice

Our sessions are designed t suit all ages and fitness levels - every exercise is adaptable and everyone is encouraged to progress at their own pace. Pad work is done in pairs or small groups, ensuring you can work to your own level.
