Caterham Taekwon-Do school was established in 1998 and run by chief instructor Mr Paul Harwood V degree and former ITF England Veteran Captain.
We teach The ITF syllabus and want to help you on your martial arts journey. So if you want to just get fit or compete we are here to help you on your way.
The school has produce many National and International champions over the years and continues to do so.
