Active Dorset support Poole Taekwon-Do Academy deliver Touch Gloves, the NGB programme to increase female participation in Taekwondo

With the support of Sportivate funding from Active Dorset, Poole Taekwon-Do Academy are offering a 6 week Touch Gloves course to females aged 19-25 years.  The course runs from 8^th November to 13^th December 2014 at the Academy which is located in The Project Climbing Centre, The Dolphin Centre, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1UD.  The classes are held on Saturdays, 11.30am – 12.30pm.

Touch Gloves provides a taste of the fun, fitness and friendship offered by Taekwon-Do.  Participants enjoy a mix of activities which develop self-defence skills and confidence.
