Girls from Wolsimham School & Community College, Co Durham, recently took part in the BTC Touch Gloves Initiative. BTC Instructor Katey Wallace, delivered a training session to 35 enthusiastic teenagers aged from 14yrs to 16 yrs. The session included performing Taekwondo techniques that gave the girls, all novices, an insight to what Taekwondo has to offer as a modern day sport. The feed back from the girls was very positive and Katey hopes that some of them will join her local club.
