This Girl Can / Touch Gloves Event in Leicester
Master Maxine Higginson of Burbage Taekwondo Academy Leicester, hosted another hugely successful BTC This Girl Can / Touch Gloves event at her academy last weekend.
Maxene commented that the event was very well supported and that everyone got into the spirit of the session and really enjoyed it from the start and that she was amazed at the enthusiasm and the interest generated in taking up Taekwondo as a sporting activity in the future.
She felt that events like these, run by the BTC, promoting females activity in her sport, will encourage more females to come along and take part in these free sessions and see for themselves what Taekwondo can offer as a fitness activity.
